My mission is to help advance more women into positions of power and authority. I believe that there is an imbalance in Corporate America. Much of the toxicity in the workplace today is manifested in dysfunctional team cultures, burnouts, and poor leadership.

If there were more balance at the top leadership space, i.e. the C-Suite, with more feminine energy - more feminine leadership, we would see a more compassionate and fulfilling workplace.

With a combined approach of motivational coaching and mentoring, I help women create more clarity around their values and goals; define a leadership path aligned to their authenticity and emotional intelligence; and build the confidence to boldly pursue their career goals.

WENDY KLEINFELDT

Hi, it’s great to meet you!

If you don’t know me yet, I’m an executive coach, helping women get into C-Suite. I grew up as a third-culture child and have lived in four countries, over three continents. It’s been my dream to elevate the voice and platform of women for positive change. Of course, my journey didn’t start this way.

Like many women I know, I had led my career to what I thought was the right, prescribed path to success. As a former thought leader and learning and leadership strategist for big companies like Deloitte and Red Hat (IBM), and other mid-sized energy and tech companies, I found success and fulfilment within Corporate America - but only for a while. Despite achieving the security, prestige, and financial stability that comes with a successful corporate career, I felt that there was more I could do to fulfill my purpose.

After a few years of reflection, I quit my corporate job and launched Wendy K Consulting, driven by my passion to make a difference in women’s lives and help others achieve the same clarity and courage I found.

While in the corporate space, I experienced my share of toxicity within a system that wasn’t built for women or women of color. I also had my fair share of working with toxic women leaders, betrayed by women of color. A phenomenon that I now have empathy for.

Women need other women to lift them up. They need to see that their presence is supported - not threatened - by other women. Women have been socialized to suppress their feminine energy, shutter their authenticity, and to trade their values for more “aggressive” tactics to achieve success.

I’m here to help women embrace their feminine and authentic energy, to help balance the powers in Corporate America with more feminine leadership. If I achieve that - if I help YOU achieve your leadership dreams, then I would have fulfilled part of my legacy.

My coaching philosophy is transforming leadership by transforming you - and recognizing that you are more than just your career.

Moreover, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that life is meant to be lived with purpose, authenticity, and joy, and that we can attain a fulfilling career aligned to our talents, strengths, and values.

Transformation requires courageous ownership and accountability of one’s mindset, growth, and actions. In search for career success, women have been socialized to either settle for “good enough” or to climb the ladder ruthlessly, while ignoring their well-being and authenticity.

My work with women is to nurture their emotional intelligence, continuously build self-awareness, and lead with their intentional authentic brand. My goal is to empower women to step into a space of transformation with courage and confidence.
